Your safety matters. Please check this information before placing or confirming an order.

Please tell us before ordering

If you or anyone eating the order has a food allergy or intolerance, please tell us before your order is confirmed. We will check the current recipe and ingredient information for the products you are considering.

Our kitchen

Our kitchen handles common allergens including cereals containing gluten, milk, eggs, nuts, peanuts, sesame and soya. Other regulated allergens may also be present in particular ingredients or products.

How we provide information

Allergen information is maintained from our current recipes, ingredient specifications and supplier information. Relevant written allergen information will be available before an order is completed and appropriate information will be supplied with the collected food.

Changes

Ingredients and suppliers can change. Please check allergen information each time you order, even if you have bought the same product before.

“Free-from” requests

We will not describe a product as allergen-free unless our ingredients, processes and controls support that claim. If we cannot safely meet a request, we may decline the order.

Important: never rely on appearance or a previous order when making an allergen decision. Contact Hawthorn & Apple before ordering so we can check the current written information.
